Why Use A Realtor?
Something I hear all the time!
The market is so hot, so why can't I just sell my home on my own?
Well, technically you can, but there are MANY benefits of using a Realtor, that well outweigh any "savings" you may be hoping for by listing as a For Sale by Owner.
#1. Selling a home usually requires a multitude of legal forms, reports, disclosures, and other technical documents. Realtors have the expertise to help you navigate deals while avoiding delays or costly mistakes.
#2. A Realtor utilizes the Multiple Listing Service, affiliated sites such as Zillow and Realtor.com, a broker network of hundreds of agents, and more. A Realtor has access to more exposure than one person would alone.
#3. Selling your home is one of the biggest financial decisions you'll ever make. A Realtor adheres to a strict Code of Ethics, and is trained and qualified to protect your most valuable assets.
#4. In this market, selling on your own to "save commission"- you're also potentially leaving thousands of dollars on the table by not attracting other buyers and subsequently, many other offers.
